Weld County has almost Completed its First Roundabout

After eight months of construction, the first roundabout on a county road is close to completion. The project, located at WCR 54 (Freedom Parkway) and WCR 17, is on time, on budget and marks the first in-house designed roundabout project for the county’s public works team.

Originally slated as a county project in the 2017 Public Works 5-year Capital Improvement Plan, construction began December 2019 and is slated to be completed next month...
