The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) announced on August 28 that it is developing a new procedure to determine when and how COVID-19 restrictions would be imposed on Colorado counties. On Monday, CDPHE put up posts on Facebook and Twitter soliciting comments from the public on their draft of the new procedure.
